Sentence Type
Simple Sentence
Characteristics : -Has one independent clause
 -No dependent clause
-Sentence Pattern (S+V, S+V+O, S+S+V+O, SII+VII+VII+O)
Example : She eats.
Compound Sentence
Characteristics : -Has two independent clause
-No dependent clause
-Coordinating Conjunction (FANBOYS=For, And, Nor, But, Or, Yet, So)
Example : Fira and Adit go to the supermarket together, and Sinta sees them

Complex Sentence
Characteristics : -Has one independent clause,one dependent clause
-Subordinator (because, since, after, although, when)
Example : The students are doing the homework because they will submit it tomorrow
Compound Complex Sentence
Characteristics : -Min Has two independent clause and one dependent clause
Example : I want to stay at home and I do not want to go anywhere because it is raining
